There was a pretty wide spread in terms of skill level expected from talks, and that wasn't specified very well. Hotel was nice, a good size for the event, and able to keep the AC under control, but it has serious issues with its wireless mic systems. Speakers were uneven in terms of speaking skill. I'm glad to have been here, but I'm also glad it was on my company's dime.
