I read the abstract, so I wasn't expecting a technical talk.

Most of it obvious but a good overview of soft skills and why they are important!

A very good talk on how to be a better human in general, I enjoyed that it lot.

If I where forced to give an area of improvement, I'd say there is room for "seven weird tricks" - to keep the pace just a little higher.

Nothing but respect for Jordi. Burning out should probably be #1 in those tips and I applaude him for being brave enough to share some of the problems he had in the past on that subject.

Interesting talk to reflect on your outlook on development. Good guidelines to use when thinking about your own behaviour.

It's not about details, it's about how you help each other getting better. Nice insights.

Some people should join this session... ;) I think every conference need some non-technical talks, like this one.

Loved it. It's good to remind ourselves that being a good (better) developer is not just about technical skills.

Great; important points about burnout and empathy made, from someone who has experienced burnout at the hands of a hugely successful project.

For me, the best talk of the first day. Everything, from the presentation, to the actual content was just perfect for me.

Very inspirational message. I can really relate to making yourself a better person will lead you to be better at your job, whatever that job may be. I did feel the talk could be a bit more structured, a bit more fluent going from one "trick" to the next.
