Amazing talk to wrap up the conference! Ross did a great job combining his deep insights with humor to deliver a fantastic keynote.

Yet again. Honestly, Ross has surpassed expectations (and my expectations were extremely high) and blown the standard of keynotes out the water. Insightful, witty, spectacularly well delivered, informative, educational, and truly astounding. Ross is a truly exceptional showman. Brilliant closing keynote with some food for thought.

If I could, I would rate this talk 10 out of 5, and buy his book. Shut up and take my money!

The topic wasn't really interesting to me.
But the talk was one of the bests I've heard so far

it starting boring (but it didn't help that many people in the back where chatting and walking) but the end was good, he could have stripped the first part down by 15 minutes and it was great :)

Great performance! Even though I thought the keynote was a bit long, sometimes I had a hard time to follow along. But nonetheless worthwhile watching ;)

Good stand-up :) Idea of representing individuals with graph value system and connecting them social networks was very intriguing.

Just awesome! Would've loved to see some of that fanmail...

When are we, as a community, going to build this graph-based value system 'resume' / social networking tool? I'd love to help out. ;)

One of the best presentations I've seen in a PHP conference before. A little bit of everything: data and references for the skeptics, metaphors, stories, good pace, great usage of the stage, well designed talk and performance. At the end even shock and awe! A few very important messages delivered though, with both passion and clarity. One to be remembered!

Ross had this super-fast pace that sometimes didn't even stop for his own audience's responses; but other than that he was a brilliant keynote speaker. He aimed for the hart and in my case: he got there.

Too bad I had to murder him.

It's hard to put my finger on what made this talk so good. Even though the topic wasn't all that interesting to me to start with, Ross did an amazing build-up and truly engaged the audience. With plenty of humour and showmanship, he somehow managed to convey some serious food for thought. Top notch.

Very entertaining closing keynote.
Very skilled speaker, that's obvious ^^

I did get lost a couple of times during the talk, but in the end all the different parts came together.
Really enjoyed the final build-up with the flyers and 10-steps-to-success.

One remark, you might consider putting some background-color (block) behind the white text on the slides. Sometimes the text was very hard to read/see.

The best talk about tech and our communities I've seen. Highly recommended - there's a video on YouTube.
