Success is a tough subject as success is not a general definition but an individual goal, though Alena has made this session really interactive and offers good advices to define success for yourself.

Brilliant and positive!

Inspiring stuff. Speaker could use a bit of polish.

This was the right topic, the right presentation, to round off the week. Leave us with skills, tools, and motivation to make use of what we gained here. Thank you.

Alena had a great presentation and a lot of thought points to take away and back to our jobs and normal lives. Seemed like it may have been her first time with this presentation deck? Flubbed a few times (and mispronounced Maya Angelou's name) but I can't say that I would have done better. lol

Alena did a great job summing up the conference. It was a good topic to finish off on. Take what was learned throughout the conference and use it to push forward with continued learning and success. Great keynote.

I thought this was very uplifting and motivating. I liked the ideas about multi-tasking and cognitive load and doing something energizing and amidst the struggles of life and frustrations with software that happen. It was a good reminder about exercise (being a good tool to help with our attitudes and coping skills) and about taking time daily, weekly, monthly etc. to stop and check in with ourselves and what's going on and reflect and renew.

Overall really good and uplifting, but lost me around the quote on exercise as a psyche drug which boiled over into thinking about that the whole rest of the speech especially when it got to breaking down tasks and executing on them "just do it harder!" ...

I'm sure that was entirely accidental and I get the intention behind it, and some of the stuff in here is useful even in my case, but it was a little bit of a downer to end the week on the reminder that... there are just some things I can't do when I'm not working with the same physical toolkit everyone else is. (Executive dysfunction, sucks.)
