Daniel did a wonderful job sharing his clear expertise on the subject matter. As an experienced PHP developer, but someone who is new to WordPress, I left the talk with a very good understanding of what code should reside in a plugin (vs a theme), an understanding of how a plugin interacts and hooks into the WordPress core, and the knowledge, resources and confidence to write my own plugin.
I was able to ask many questions and Daniel did a great job answering them clearly.
Thank you!
