Zend Framework from the CLI
Good talk and very interesting! A quick overview in the possibilities and nevermind the demo wasn't working. The concept was clear. I love the energy and humor (or the lack of it ;-)) of Cal!

Zend Framework 2.0: what's new and what's changed?
Rob Allen gave us a good and interesting overview of the main ZF2 goals! Although I did a little research about Zend Framework 2 before DPC11, i've heard some new things! Rob is an experienced speaker and has a pretty good sense of humor! You invited us to rebuild our sites based on ZF2. Well, maybe we will invite you (Rob) for the launch (and Bug Hunt day ;-))!

How not to design a toad
Interesting topic so i had high expectations; the talk was a little bit slow and not fluent. But i can imagine the technical difficulties had their influence.

ElasticSearch [R]evolution: Welcome
Great talk, the 45 minutes were to short! Probably next time it would be nice to show the differences with other search engines like Solr.

Continuous data processing and PHP
Interesting case-study with interesting solutions. Speaker spoke a bit monotonous.

Creating Re-usable Modules for Zend Framework 2
Great tutorial, but i could imagine that for a complete newbie it was a bit fast paced. Next time i should focus on explaining the source and give all the source in advance. I enjoyed!

Reverse caching proxies: Varnish or Nginx?
Very good talk and speaker. Although the most of the Varnish stuff wasn't new for me, the Nginx stuff was very informative. Because of the comparison it would be nice to add some numbers/statistics of a real world case.

Cheater's Math
Great and funny talk! The only feedback i can think of is when you talk fast you get out of breath, which can be a litte bit distracting.

Getting your toolbox together
I expected a little bit more in depth information, but it was a great talk for the people new on this topic. And please, speak a little bit slower next time. Sometimes it was hard to listen relaxed.

Refactoring with Design Patterns
Interesting talk although I allready use the mentioned design patterns. For me the way (process) of refactoring was refreshing.

Hacking Foresight from Hindsight
Good speaker, pleasant to listen to. Good motivational talk into mentoring/being mentored! The part with Josh his personal details (e.g. naming people) was a bit to long in my opinion.

Command Bus to Awesome Town
By far the best talk I've been to. I encountered the concept of a Command Bus several times, but this made the practical application clear. The way Ross presents his talks is brilliant and lots of fun!

HTTP Caching with Varnish
The talk contained all the information for a good introduction in Varnish, but the structure and energy was lost. In my opinion, one speaker would be enough and would it be good to take a critical look at the structure of the presentation.

Well presented, clear and fun to hear the story off contributing. Well done!

Creating a realtime dashboard with PHP and websockets
Interesting subject and the talk was well prepared and presented. For me the most attractive part of the subject of the talk was "Websocket". That part was not deeply covered because you use a SAAS service (Pusher) for that, although it's also possible with PHP. That was a mismatch with my expectations and a little bit disappointing.

Cooperative Multitasking With Generators

50 Shades of Backup
I hoped to hear a lot about high-level backup and restore strategies and the difficulties with microservices in this context. Unfortunately this talk was a deep dive in a single backup tool (written in PHP). Although I really like the concept of backup config as code (same as infrastructure as code), I don't believe PHP is the right tool for backup jobs. Nevertheless has Sebastion good presenter skills.

43 PhpStorm Tips & Tricks
The pace was way to fast to remember all the tricks, but that was absolutely not an issue. It fun so see how you can improve your productivity in such an awesome tool as PHPStorm is. Great speaker, funny and meaningful talk!

Voodoo PHP
Technical but very funny keynote, although I could imagine that this was not easy to follow for everyone. I loved the way of talking, the sarcasm, the jokes. Great job, well done! Thanks for the insights in the magic of PHP!
