Why PHP could be the most important programming language in the world
As mentioned by others, a great keynote that started about 15 minutes late. The idea that PHP gives out more lottery tickets is a good one. It could also be tied to how YouTube has given out more lottery tickets for video production and the democratization of winners such as Gangnam Style.

Avoiding the OWASP Top 10 security exploits
Enjoyed this presentation by Mark despite the doom and gloom. Thought there may not be enough time, it may be good to throw in a little bit about how these exploits tend to persist because of old tutorials that teach people how to make SQL queries and process form data in insecure ways from the beginning.

Paradigm Shift: An Introduction to ZF2 for ZF1 developers
Excellent content and good presentation, especially for one of your first conference talks. Try to throw in some entertainment (a joke or two) to get the attendees involved. Well done.

Your code sucks, let's fix it.
Very similar content to "Clean Code: A Handbook of Agile Software Craftsmanship" by Robert C. Martin but adapted to PHP. I enjoyed the presentation.

Conference Speaking 101
Really enjoyed this presentation. While you mentioned the local PHP user groups as a way to get practice, there are also organizations you could mention like Toastmasters or Dale Carnegie where the entire focus is to get better at public speaking. All the suggestions on process and preparation are were very helpful.

React.js: Super-fast Single Page Web Applications
Pratik is a very polished speaker, even given a mix up that left less time to get through the talk he remained smooth and confident.
