The Code Manifesto: Empowering our Community
You showed great courage by being vulnerable on stage. Not many people dare to be. I admire you for that. Great that you are raising awareness for these issues.

Program Derivation for Functional Languages
Felienne has a great and enthusiastic way of giving a talk! It took me some time to get used to the math symbols, but she explains everything very well. It was interesting but I don't yet see how I could apply this to my daily reality. Nevertheless, I think it was an excellent talk!

Modelling by example
I enjoyed your talk. Your explanation is clear, and though you were wondering if showing een recording of the process will work as opposed to live coding, I think it worked just fine.

From Requirements to Executable Specifications - An Outside-In Approach to Building an Application
The workshop was prepared very well so we could brainstorm about business rules and examples, write scenarios and code the logic all in one day and see it work. Jon was guiding us through the process in a very helpful way. I learned a lot!

The not so simple mail transport protocol
Clear presentation! I learned a lot. About the slides: the bullets are really convenient for re-reading the slides after the talk. However, reading them during your talk distracts attention from your speaking. Your talk makes me want to dive into this subject more deeply and see if we can improve our configuration. Thanks!

Keynote : Controlling the variables
I enjoyed your talk. It was very engaging and I can relate to much of what you say. I also like to grab opportunities. However, although you mention a few times that people are wired differently, I am a bit concerned that people with mental health issues, like anxiety or depression (I have people in my circle of friends that I'm thinking about), could feel worse about themselves rather than inspired after hearing your talk. For them, that is not a matter of complaining or laziness. It would be awesome if you could help them feel included and inspired as well. Other than that, great talk!
