The Code Manifesto
Diversity is important topic, but I encountered, that you sometimes are too sensitive. I don't think, that comments like "You write a pretty code, because you are a girl" can be sexist - it can comes from fact, that we treats female as "the gentle sex" and - in men opinion - you are more exact. But - once again - your talk was about really, really important topic :)

Elastic scaling in a (micro)service oriented architecture
Great content, overviewed tons of tools, redirect focus not to them, but to answer a question "Maybe I need it?". So far - in my opinion - one of the best talks in PHPUK this year

Version Control - tips, tricks and good citizenship
Examples were too abstract. For me it would be more descriptive to see real-life examples of conflicts. And most of people are using Git now, so talking about SVN may seems a bit out of date.

The road to continuous deployment: a case study
First time I had a chance to listen Michiel's talk. Presentation was well prepared, speaker didn't annoy people and was able to "sell" this subject. And it seems, like he really know what he was talking about :) congratulations!
