The Code Manifesto
Really good keynote to kick off the conference. Possibly aimed at the wrong audience some might say but got your point across with passion and personal experience which always gives good depth to a talk

What To Expect From PHP7
Really clear talk, as always, from Lorna Jane. Explained everything in an easy to understand way with great examples as well.

Every Millisecond Counts: Performance & UX
After seeing the keynote last year I was keen to see Davey impart his knowledge on performance and I wasn't disappointed. Fantastic depth of knowledge and very well presented, definitely got some takeaways from this one.

Large-scale websites performance optimisation tricks
Fantastic to see a real world example of how the techniques can be implemented but for me it could have done with a bit more of technical detail, although I understand that this would have made it more project specific. The main takeaway for me was the 204 trick, very useful. All in all very well presented, especially in a second language.

MySQL 5.7 + JSON
This was one of the highlight talks of the conference for me. Learned a huge amount of detail about the JSON features in MySQL 5.7 and cannot wait to get my hands dirty with the code. Morgan has a clear passion for the topic and you know that he knows his stuff.

Version Control - tips, tricks and good citizenship
A lot of people, myself included, thought this would be Git related and there was surprise to see Svn used in the examples but the talk was aimed at the overall principles of version control rather than the technicalities. For me I think it could have done with a few more details such as how to write good commit messages and other such things as the overall message of "talk and get a coffee" was a bit flat. For a first conference talk your delivery was very good and well paced. Well done

Behind the Scenes of Maintaining an Open Source Project
Fantastic talk from Jordi as always. You can tell that the guy has great passion for what he does and this comes across in all his talks. This one was no different and gave a great insight into life as an OS developer, whats involved behind the scenes and there was humour brought in as well which always goes down well.
