Dockerize your unit tests for faster feedback
Looking into Docker already, this was a great use case of how it can be leveraged. Enjoyed the talk, thank you.

Double Loop: TDD & BDD Done Right
I enjoyed the comparisons between TDD and BDD. We are trying to gain traction in our organization for practices like these and this was immensely helpful. I enjoyed the git pushes during the talk. This allowed me to keep up and run the tests myself, without focusing so much on synchronization issues and spending time typing. Awesome work, thank you for your efforts.

All the Laravel Things - Local to Production to Making $$
Lots of good Laravel stuff here. I have an introductory knowledge of the framework, and this went further in explaining how some key things worked that I have not yet jumped into with both feet. It was a lot of material to cover, but the git branches and prep work helped a lot with the ability to follow along and dig deeper into the material after the session. One of the takeaways I went away with is that I have a lot of work to do in getting this framework down, but I can accomplish it one piece at a time. Great session, thank you for your efforts.

Pulling up Your Legacy App by its Bootstraps!
Its good to know that the struggle is real outside of the office! Its very difficult to make refactoring interesting, but I am pleased to know that there are others out there that tackle a rough code base and come away with success. I know what it is like to spend a lot of time on a project, only to see it replaced the next year. Kudos for all the work you did in your scholarship app, and kudos for sharing so well how you improved so much on a very flawed system.

Static in the Front, Dynamic in the Back!
Great talk. I knew nothing about Elm when I walked in the door. The talk helped me understand the basics of how the language worked and what I can use it for. I like how the presenter did not strictly advocate Elm, but encouraged the audience to learn as much as they could about the relevant languages and technologies. Thank you for your efforts.

Status Change: Now Using Event Sourcing
Really interesting concept. I got lost a little in the beginning where CQRS was concerned, but you definitely planted a seed. I want to research this further. I could not hear or see some of the material, but that is partly my fault due to sitting closer to the back of the room. Thank you for putting this talk together.

/Regex Makes Me (Weep|Give Up|(╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻).?/i
Great talk. Very inspirational. I have always wanted to tackle regex, and this talk helped get my mind over some of the apprehension I always hear about it... I will always remember the space between the lines.... :)
