Vagrant + Ansible
Very well prepared talk and kudos for the smooth running demo. Took away a lot from this talk (presentation technique and content wise).

Your (coding) standards matter
Volker and topics like Clean Code or Coding Standards always make the perfect match. Just the right talk to thwart the post-lunch comma.

How Silex and Cilex became the glue for a media transcoding application
Good one for a codeless talk, but maybe you should add some in the future and also consider the Silex / Cilex integration via the Cilex Console Service Provider; as this might be a valid feature for other users of this combo. I guess the time would also allow some sort of demoing.

0x0F Ways to be a Better Developer
Loved the splitted-room aspect of this keynote. Worked out very well. Now can we have an 5k for #phpnw14, as a healthy counter to all that floating beer ;D

Composer the right way
Very seasoned presented and knowledge packed talk. Would add a mention of Construct (Cli command for generating a basic PHP project structure) and the PHP package checklist when showing what goes into package. Can you add the slides sometime?

Advanced Adventures in Git
Excellent *interactive* content, very well delivered. Liked the usage of the prepared shell scripts to increase throughput. Would like to suggest the usage of Git command aliases, to save some more time and avoid repetitive typos.

Journey Into Your Lizard Brain
Liked this one as it set the tone for the rest of the #unkonf, and also liked the personal touch and learnings from it.

Time is an illusion (lunchtime doubly so)
