Becoming PHP Certified
Informative, good example questions, still unsure if having a Zend certification. Many companies will still test you anyway so that they have a known baseline for comparison.

Meet Terraform
Alot of information provided, but possibly to much in 45 minutes, there was so much information it is hard to remember specifics. Maybe adding in terraform init steps after install would be a good idea instead of trying to move onto the more complex examples at the end. Other than that, Michael presented his talk very well.

PhPipelines in the wild
Unable to see the information on the slides because the font was too small and I felt the talk was not very polished and presentation needed more work.

Zend Form package in action
Talk features a lot of useful information and examples on the slides but the delivery needed more preparation time. There were times where the speaker seemed to forget the purpose of a slide and paused to remember. Maybe providing less information and concentrating more on the pros of the technology and why we should use it.

How to not be a cool developer
The speaker spoke to fast and tried to cram to much information into a short talk. Maybe a lightning talk was not the best medium.

Speedy Seeding for Load Testing
Speaker spoke clearly but making a seeder is not the same as stress testing and the majority of the talk seemed to concentrate on the seeder and the library.

The Symfony Open-source Community
Great talk, did very well for your first talk, I agree with some of the comments below that you should read the quotes, maybe provide a comment about how you feel about that quote, this will also help you gain that 10 minutes you need to make it 35 minutes.
