Rise of the Machines
Great speaker, very interesting talk. Almost took a star off for over running but just couldn't do it

Pushing the Limits of PHP with ReactPHP
Crammed a lot in, maybe too much as demos felt a little rushed. I'm going to follow up and find out more though, so a worthwhile talk.

What even is "Cloud Native"?
Great overview, without being overwhelming. Lots to follow up on

Security Theatre
Very engaging speaker, and a very interesting (if slightly terrifying) talk. Lots of food for thought

MySQL 8 -- A New Beginning
It's a while since I've used MySQL to any great extent, so maybe I wasn't really the target audience, but for me this was the weakest talk I went to. Nothing against Dave, who clearly knows his stuff, and presented it well enough, but the subject matter was pretty dry and didn't really grab me.

Starting your Serverless journey with OpenFaaS
Hadn't come across OpenFaaS before, but will definitely be checking it out after this. There was a lot to take in, and at times it was a bit overwhelming, but interesting and well presented overall

Dungeons, Dragons & Developers
Great talk, presented with humour and perfectly paced. The core concept - representing a software project team as D&D characters - was inspired.

Get GOing with a new language
Knowing nothing about Go, I wasn't sure what I expected from this talk, but it surpassed any expectations I might have had. Great introduction to the language, and yes I've already visited a few of the Go sites mentioned

Looking after your Mental Health, a guide for software developers
Very brave and personal talk, exploring an important area that's not spoken about enough. I'd have liked a few more suggestions of warning signs to look for, and ways to protect one's mental health, but that's probably nitpicking a little.

Git Legit
As someone who's not ventured much beyond the "checkpoint commit" way of using version control, this was a real eye-opener. And presented with such confidence it was hard to believe it was the speaker's first conference presentation.

Application Metrics (with Prometheus examples)
Some really useful ideas here, and pitched at just the right level to give everyone something to take away

Optimizing PHP-FPM for Production
Good talk with plenty to take away and apply. I wasn't sure about the two presenter approach to begin with, but I warmed to it as the talk progressed

Developing for privacy and user protection
An outstanding talk on an important subject, presented by someone who clearly knows their subject inside out. The humour sprinkled through what could have been quite a dry topic made it really compelling and enjoyable. Definitely a stand-out session, and a perfect choice as a closing keynote.
