Hit the ground running with Laravel
Great session. A ton of stuff I had been struggling with clicked into place after attending this session. Inadvertently, I also learned a lot about how PHPStorm handles composer and laravel installs, and it's changing how I create projects. I also found the portion on database migrations immensely helpful, and I am going to change how my databases are set up for a side project based on the info I learned in this session.

Learn To Test Like A Grumpy Programmer
Completely changed my view on testing, and made it immensely more accessible to me, in my brain. I can't control the testing at work, but I will definitely be implementing on personal projects.

Terrifyingly good talk. I do wonder about what you think on lobbying as a group to Congress to get better laws passed?

Git: The Pain and the Gain
Interesting talk, though you're going to want to work on saying "right?" a little less. It's distracting from the content you're presenting.
