Forget the Hype: Real-World Experiences Running PHP Frameworks in the Cloud
Our company has been hosting in the "cloud" (Mosso and now the Rackspace Cloud) for several years no. Part of the reason I'm voting of this is that I really like the round-table format for UnCon sessions.

Interesting big picture look at upcoming trends, but I felt that several of these "trends" were a bit dated. For example, cloud computing has been a "trend" for years.

Enter the WebMatrix: ASP.NET, PHP, Open Source and the Web
Good overview of WebMatrix. I can see how it will help give Windows users exposure to open source projects. Most of the audience was professional developers, so may not quite be a fit for the audience, but still a useful tool to be aware of.

This was a really great exploration of Impostor Syndrome. Please keep giving this talk! This was touched on in the talk, but I'd love to see a deeper exploration of privilege and its relation to Impostor Syndrome.
