Symfony is proud to organize the sixth edition of the SymfonyCon, the international Symfony conference. This year, to celebrate Symfony, we decided to bring the entire community to Portugal and discover the amazing city of Lisbon. If you like Symfony and share fun with professionals, this is where you want to be on December!

For this great occasion, we have chosen a classy and cosy venue, where everyone will feel comfortable… Welcome to Lisbon Mariott Hotel!

We look forward to welcoming you to Lisbon, capital of Portugal and bordered by the Atlantic Ocean. Join us for talks, workshops, discussions and other serious work around Symfony and its environment, then sharing this very special Portuguese atmosphere… And of course, celebrate the community reunion!

SymfonyCon Lisbon is a 5-day event from December 4th to December 8th:

-Two-day workshop: Tuesday, December 4th and Wednesday, December 5th
-Two-day conference: Thursday, December 6th and Friday, December 7th

Great event, I would definitely recommend attending the next one!

I have been slightly deceived with the level of some of the talks of the advanced track, but I do believe it is consistent with the community attending.

Also, because it's a quite massive event with lots of delegates, moving through the corridors and spending time at some of the sponsors exhibition tables is sometimes not as easy nor as quite or anything as we would like to.

Last but not least, special mention for the meals including local delicatessens, which in my opinion is definitely a great plus!
